I'm Joe Aponte - Principal Consultant for C4C. With about fifteen years of business operations experience, I founded Consulting for Community as a commitment to my neighbors. Small business are the pulse of communities, and my mission is to support these entrepreneurs by building operational procedures that help them get out of the office and in front of their passion.

I hold a bachelor's degree in education from New York University, and have worked in business operations across industries ranging from education to real estate. Most recently I managed operations for a global real estate firm and lead a team of General Managers across the US and Brazil.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, road trips, and spending time with my husband Eric, dog Ella, and cat Thelonious.
